Our lodging tradition at the Lugano Hotel - while paying due attention to market evolution and to changes in demand – is, however, fervently reminiscent of the Romagnola derivation of our cuisine, an origin which makes the Riviera truly famous the world over.
To guarantee quality, satisfaction and participation of all senses in the pleasures of taste, the kitchen is run, looked after and supervised directly by the Ownership.
Our buffet breakfast, with its rainbow of jams and typical, homemade sweets, sweet buns, biscuits; not to mention the salt pork, various types of cheese, eggs. And then there are also fruit juices, yogurts, corn flakes, and so many other tantalising choices……!
The rich hors d’oeuvre and vegetables buffet will be the contour of your lunches and dinners, when the kitchen offers two menus to choose from, proposing fish every day, while possible variations, or very special requests, are welcome, though necessarily subject to management’s consent.
Moreover, the kitchen is prepared to meet the demands and requirements of children, and of whoever suffers from food- intake limitations.
